Mark Alan McClure Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mark Alan McClure, 58, Goshen, died 9:40 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2022, at Goshen Hospital. He was born March 26, 1963, in Goshen, to Robert D. & Carolyn “Kelly” (Kmitta) McClure. In November 1986, he married Julianne (Gray) McClure and she died December 18, 1998. Surviving are a son, Mike (Robin) McClure, Goshen, daughters, Laura (Zach) Estes, Goshen, Jessica (Matthew Hubart) McClure, Fort Wayne, 7 grandchildren, Zoey, Lacey, Clara, Ethan, Maya, Karlie and Miles. Preceding him in death are his parents, wife, infant brother and brother, Timothy McClure. Mark worked a Maple City Security for John Kercher and retired from Security @ Midwest Protection Services. Prior to that he worked at Triangle Rubber for 18 years and Advanced Auto Parts for 10 years. He attended Crossroads Community Church. Mark did voice acting with mentor, Ken Radersdorf. He was a volunteer and coach at Goshen Little League for 10 years. With his son, Mike, he was co-host of the Alan Parsons Project Fan’s Podcast. He was also a Live Event DJ for McClure Entertainment. Mark enjoyed watching Pawn Stars, Counting Cars, and old westerns, especially those with John Wayne. His favorite movie was Smokey and the Bandit. Mark was a diehard fan of classic and progressive rock and an avid ND Football and Chicago Cubs fan. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. with the service following at 4 p.m. Sunday, January 30, 2022, all at Rieth Rohrer Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen. Chaplain Edie Hamilton will officiate.
